06Your trainer
In 2000 I ran my own IT business in Johor Bahru, training my team to hit targets. In 2019, at a church in Seoul, I surrendered my whole life to Jesus.
Back in Penang I began training ordinary believers to make disciples, and I have not stopped. In 2024 my wife Soojin and I were commissioned as missionaries. I founded Mission Disciple School, which now trains believers every week in four languages online and in person across Malaysia and Indonesia.
I come as a partner to your leaders, not a replacement. My goal is to work myself out of a job: model, assist, watch, leave.
07Before you invite me
By enquiry, because a village church and a city church are not the same. Tell me about your church and I will send a clear quote. Can't afford a fee? Ask anyway: mission partners cover some trainings so smaller churches are not left out.
Between 10 and 60 works best. Above that, we add a second facilitator or a second weekend.

A room with a projector, Bibles, and members who commit to both days. I bring everything else.
No. I serve churches across denominations. The tools are simple Bible practices: reading, prayer, sharing your story and meeting in small groups.
Your leaders get one month of online coaching. Members can join the weekly online class, and everyone gets My Walk free.
