Refund policy

Services

First conversation: free. If either of us decides it is not the right fit, you owe nothing.
Single sessions (mentoring, pastoral care): reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no cost. If I cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
Coaching packages: if you stop partway through, I refund the unused sessions in full.
Speaking and training days: deposits are refundable in full up to 14 days before the date. Within 14 days, the deposit covers preparation already done. If I cannot come for any reason, you get a full refund.

Udemy courses follow Udemy's 30-day refund policy.
Amazon Kindle books follow Amazon's returns policy.
Gumroad and HitPay downloads: if the file is faulty or not as described, tell me within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you. Because a download cannot be returned, I do not refund for change of mind, but if you are unhappy, message me. I would rather make it right.
