I am a pastor, not a doctor, psychologist or registered counsellor. The pastoral care, spiritual mentoring and ministry coaching I offer are forms of Christian spiritual support. They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not a substitute for professional counselling or medical care. Nothing on this website or in our conversations should be taken as medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

If you need more than I can give

If you are living with a mental health condition, please stay in touch with your doctor or a registered mental health professional. I am glad to walk with you alongside that care, never instead of it, and I will help you find the right professional if you ask.
